Material, Care & Size Guide
Silk is a natural fiber (often considered a luxury fiber) spun from the cocoon of caterpillars. It is soft, shiny and smooth to touch. Due to the fact it is a poor conductor of heat, it makes for a perfect and light summer fabric. It also takes dye very well; you will find a wide selection of printed silks we offer for our garments.
To enjoy your silk piece for a long time, avoid long exposure to sunlight as that can fade and weaken the fabric. Only handwash and hang to air dry. Some silks are wrinkle resistant fabrics. Should wrinkles occur you can use steam or low iron heat to remove them easily. Make sure to not touch hot iron to the fabric, hover a few centimeters above.
